MNTZA support

Warranty & project terms.

Warranty, manufacturing lead time and delivery or assembly conditions are confirmed in each written quotation.

What the quotation should define.

  • The product reference, configuration and documents covered by the agreement.
  • Warranty duration, start date, covered components and the remedy or assessment process.
  • Applicable exclusions and the care, use and installation conditions on which coverage depends.
  • Delivery, assembly, inspection and acceptance responsibilities, including which party provides each service.
  • How a concern should be reported and which project records are needed.

Keep the agreed scope clear.

Your agreed quotation and supporting terms define the warranty duration and coverage for the selected materials and setting. A colour preview, design rendering or reference standard is not a warranty of performance.

Quality & available evidence

Report a concern.

Include the model reference, order or project reference, delivery date if known, location, a description of the condition and photographs. MNTZA will review the enquiry against the agreed project terms. Sending a request does not itself confirm coverage, a remedy or a delivery date.
